Unless they sent you an email saying you will get free soap then they don't have to send it out - they could have sent you an email saying all samples are gone so you won't get one. However, they aren't allowed to advertise for free and then say you have to pay P&P after you've requested one.
I requested a squezzy bottle of soap because they are usually better for washing hands that have got ink, glue, soil, paint etc. on them over ordinary soap. However, as other people have said an ordinary person wouldn't want a wall soap dispenser, but having that on their site doesn't say alone that the squezzy bottles aren't for non-commericial people.0 -
Most people use the hand pump bottles and I am sorry I still cant understand why anyone would want a great big contraption that looks like its been nicked from a pub on your bathroom wall.
