ive got a few questions. its the first time ive looked at it in years so sorry if this is really stupid-
it lists my debts but its only the ones that havent been passed onto debt collection. why arent the ones with debt collection there??
also i know i have defaulted on a few things but i cant find that info on there as they are the accounts with debt collection. where does it give info on defaults??
sorry if this is dumb

your defaults will be marked as (8) in red and say defaulted on...x date

when you look at account info list it will state satisfactory or settled in green then 'default' will say default in red.

How long ago are the defaults from?

Have you got all your addresses listed with them?

Sometimes if its being passed from/to a dca the default may be removed on a temp basis when teh new owner of teh debt will reissue teh default with the cra, the info will all stay the same ie date amount etc but the name of the debtor will change

No the highest number i have in the coloured boxes is 6. i defaulted on hsbc for £3500 thats with metropolitan now and thats not on there at all. defaulted on mint and egg cards, both the agencies, and they aren't on there either. they were passed on to the debt collectors early last year and are now in my debt management plan and have all agreed to the amount they get paid etc.
so as far as my credit report shows, i dont have any defaults?? just doesnt make sense to me because i should have at 3
    thank you
