Yeah, I got one last week as well - from Currys as first pointed out by pmat. It is a pretty neat camera and more compact than I thought it would be. In fact, when I opened the box I thought: Where’s the camera?

One of the things to point out though is, be careful not to scratch the screen as they are quite prone to scratches apparently. I've been advised by one of my brothers to get a screen protector which can be purchase on eBay for about £2 or £3.

The memory on this camera is very low and of course needs a memory card to boost the memory. I found these 3x 4gb SDHC cards on Play.com for £16.49 which appears to be quite a good deal. If anyone has spotted a better deal please post below.

FWIW I've had a TZ1 for about 3.5 years now. I just sling it in my pocket without a case, and there are no signs of any scratches (no screen protector). So unless they've gone downhill with the newer models I think it should be fine.

You could be right. Since I got the TZ65 I've been putting it in the white cloth bag it came with for protection which I thought might do for the meantime.
