    Funnily enough so have I. Too much computer work for me I think. i had a deep tissue massage last week and it was so painful.

    Mum was ok. A way of getting me peace tomorrow as I have lots to do. Sowed a few seeds too.
    I get ignored too Tenmah - it depend how the chat is moving and I just go with the flow.
    Ouch to the sore neck scaredy. What you been doing? :D
