I don't know if I'm doing something wrong here but when I select the offer I am being charged 4.45 plus another 2.95 postage. Is that right?

Does anyone know how long it will take to arrive? Ordered on 4th March and had confirmation email, but nothing else. Am probably just being too impatient, this is my first year growing veggies and I want to get started!!
