low income low earnings bankruptcy, help plz!

Hey everyone, does anyone have any experiance with bankruptcy under the low income low assets scheme? If anyone has done this and would share their experiance i would appreciate it. Also if anyone knows if me being a self employed sole-trader would impact this in any way? What would happen with joint debts? Can you give me some info on how bankruptcy works with lila and how long the process takes? Any help or info greatly appreciated!

Hi pop,
you may want to repost this under the bankruptcy board for more specific advice. I know some of them look through this board but by far the vast majority of bankruptcy help will come directly from that board.
