Songpeople help

I regularly receive/participate in surveys from Songpeople. I tried to login but it told me my details were incorrect so I went for the forgot my password option. I entered in my email address and it told me I was going to receive an email. I have done this several times but I still haven't received any sort of email.

There doesn't appear to have any contact details on there - does anybody have an contact email address/phone number I can use?

The only email address I can find on the website is [EMAIL="jane@songpeople.com"]jane@songpeople.com[/EMAIL].

I've just requested a new password for my account and I received the email in seconds. Have you checked it hasn't gone into a spam folder?

Make sure you are using the correct e-mail address for your account --I tried with my registered e-mail address and with one of my others, the reset e-mail was almost instant to the correct address, nothing was sent to the wrong address but the site still said it was sent.

Yes I only use 1 email address for freebies and surveys so it doesn't get mixed up with my important emails. I have checked the spam folder but nothing.

I'll try the [EMAIL="jane@songpeople.com"]jane@songpeople.com[/EMAIL] and hopefully someone will respond.

Songpeople is a survey site that mainly focuses on your opinions on music and bands and often you listen to clips of new music and give your opinion. They're branching out a bit though now so its not just music.
