Free eye tests issued by D&A

D&A used to send out emails via nectar all the time for free eye tests + bonus nectar points. However, it's been a while since they've done this, has anyone had one recently as it's almost two years since I had an eye check.

(I know Tescos are doing free ones but the nearest one's isn't all that local to me so it would actually cost me around £6 to get to one.)

I had an email in Feb 2010 and I have just checked my nectar account online and there is one in the bonus point section - do not know if there would be one in yours if you were to check.

I have an expired D&A one in My Nectar that isn't a free eye test.

We had a flyer in the post about a month ago with a voucher for these (valid to 2/5/10 price change code QD) and for a contact lens trial.

:question: I would have thought if this is in the wrong forum then the Jack Daniels, Matter box and Gunniess threads are in the wrong forum as well as they all fall in to the catergory "They issued freebies before - they may issue freebies again"

Have you made an actual purchase from D&A before? I was just wondering whether they just choose random segments to make the offers available to or only make some available to certain people.

I had a letter a month or so ago. I am a previous customer.

But the op wants a free eye test - ie no spend required. So surely, this would then be the correct forum?
