Bailiffs: When a levy is a levy?

I just posted THIS in bailiff harassment thread. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    From what you say, it seems like a perfectly reasonable levy to me. Classic out of the textbook, in fact. Sorry. They haven't left you a walking possession agreement and charged you a WP agreement fee on the levy have they?
