Am I still ok?

Had a letter from one of my creditors who had got my pro-rata offer letter.

They've asked for 3 months worth of 'household' pay slips and proof of rent payments i.e. the tenancy agreement.

Not a problem, except I was advised by the CAB to do the offer letters based on my income only, but to put 200 in the rent, as they said the creditors would think that was strange.

Now, I can give them my payslips not a problem, but when I give them a copy of our rent agreement (which is in my name) the rent is £515 a month, but I only put £200 in my sheet - so will they automatically a. wonder where the remaining £315 is coming from and say that I have to include my partners income?

Your partner is not responsible for your debts and they can't make them pay.

if i can make sense of what your wrote i think you are teh one who is sharing with your partner but you are the one responsible for the debt? if thats the case tehn surely that is acceptable and he does not need to include his pay slip, i know others have had shared income but are on dmp on their own

is there any way to get individual tenency agreements from your landlord? i can't see him having a problem with it...if the creditor asks 'i'm awaiting it from another creditor' (?)
