Had a letter from one of my creditors who had got my pro-rata offer letter.
They've asked for 3 months worth of 'household' pay slips and proof of rent payments i.e. the tenancy agreement.
Not a problem, except I was advised by the CAB to do the offer letters based on my income only, but to put 200 in the rent, as they said the creditors would think that was strange.
Now, I can give them my payslips not a problem, but when I give them a copy of our rent agreement (which is in my name) the rent is £515 a month, but I only put £200 in my sheet - so will they automatically a. wonder where the remaining £315 is coming from and say that I have to include my partners income?

is there any way to get individual tenency agreements from your landlord? i can't see him having a problem with it...if the creditor asks 'i'm awaiting it from another creditor' (?)0
