    Hi MortgageMamma!!!!!!!

Many many thanks for your advice!!

Will speak to CCCS First and before doing anything will get back to you, if you dont mind??

Most on the DMP want final payments to end the accounts, its just setting up what to pay them and how much? Hopefully CCCS can sort this out.

I have seen the APS Mortgage rubbish, they seem a short term solution to a long term problem.

Anyway thanks for your advice you have made some peace to a worried mind!!!!!

Will be back here, after a call to CCCS.

    THANK YOU!

    k.

No problem, its made me feel happy that I've eased your worries if only a little. Good karma for all!

    You are right about APS.

They are a bunch of cowboys based in Swindon. They basically take anyone off the street, give them about 30 minutes training, then have them arranging mortgages.

They have very limited market access and charge huge fees.

Celebs are generally just prostitutes that will do anything for money...pretty much regardless of the consequences

....take "I'm a celebrity get me outta here" - they eat live grubs for gods sake!! I'd rather stick knitting needles through my eyes than do that!

    Hi Keith

I have pm'd you regarding my current mortgage progress. I spoke to the CCCs and they advised Charcol, apparently they refer their clients to them as they deal with non conforming mortgages. I already had mine in progress at the time, so didn't try them.
