FTB - AIP documents?

I'm a FTB about to contact my broker to find a mortgage and get an AIP. What documents & information will I need to prepare for this? Will I need everything that is needed when you make the application?
I did read somewhere on these forums a lovely bullet point list of items you need but I can't seem to find it.

I just got my AIP from my broker and all i needed was:
Bank Statement
Passport (ID)
Wage Slips
Credit Report would be useful
Details of your current credit commitments.
