new mortgage deal while on benefits

I'm on an SVR at the moment and want to start looking for a new deal, either a tracker or a fixed rate.

The problem is i'm on benefits at the moment due to ill health. I'm not sure if i'll be able to get a new deal at the moment or if i'll be offered a rubbish rate because of my current circumstances. Just wondered if anyone had any experience of this.

thanks

    Who is your lender?

    What is their SVR?

    How much do you owe?

How much is your property valued at?

A bit more information will help others to answer.

If you were thinking of staying with your current lender, it is unlikely that they will assess your income. Switching lenders may be a little tougher.

i asked this not long back and there are quite a long list of lenders who would deal with you--Alliance and leicester and c &g stood out in my mind--i have a 32pc ltv and cant get deals with many lenders including my own that used to be charitable(brittania of whom i have a spotless record with)--they wont even consider me--they dont even reply to say no

there is no need to give your details--if you are mortgage worthy with your benefits on the multiples and they accept benefits they should do a deal!!
    mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.
