No Payment Recieved !!!!

Hi,I have just recently started a DMP with CCCS. I made my first payment to them on 1st February. To be fair a lot of letters have stopped coming from creditors and several have either reduced the interest rate or stopped the interest completely which is brilliant. The creditor I am having the most problems with is the Halifax (who in fact were the ones who advised us to go to the CCCS)As mentioned previously I made my first payment to CCCS on 1st February and from what I can gather they in turn pay my creditors around 24th of the month. Well today i have received letters from the Halifax dated 27th February stating as you have not made payment as agreed they have cancelled the agreement. Is this simply a ploy to get me to ring them and then they will try to get more money out of me, or is it likely that by 27th February they hadn't received payment from the CCCS ??Thanks in advance

Don't worry. This happened to me at the beginning of my DMP and sometimes since.
Just forward any correspondence to the CCCS or give them a ring. It takes your creditors a while to get things in place on their systems and computers will generate letters for a while.0 -
