written off loans
I have been contacted by a company called Kerobo, saying they can write off my loans, by getting them written off by taking them to court. Its a £495 fee, that is fully refundable within 30 days if they cannot get it refunded and 10% once the debt has been written of by the solicitors. Can anyone give me any advise on this?

Don't. Just don't.
You'll pay the fee, and the debt won't be written off. Oh and the fee is nonrefundable.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

As a lady from trading standards once told me, "if a company was legitimate and good at what they do, why would they need to cold call you to get business?"Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Spam?
Or a "here we go again" moment?
I had a loan "written off". It was easy.
I borrowed some money.
Paid it back every month, as agreed.
At the end of the agreed period the loan was paid in full.0 -
