Saw this ad in the Observer yesterday - has anyone here ever used this service? Is it any good?

I was interested in buying a suit for my wedding from them. Went to a hotel in Paddington to meet and chat through some ideas... I wasn't impressed. Both my fiance thought they were very rude and really didn't seem to care less. I'm sure they are good quality, but I can't stand poor service so we decided not to bother and went somewhere else in the end.

My wife had a suit from these guys and it was Ok but quite expensive and they weren't very pleasant to deal with.
Wouldn't recommend them.

There was a whole thread on this somewhere - as there was a very good right up in the times on these people - and lots of people here said they were very good....
