Intelligent Finance Login Problems

Hi

I have my mortgage with online bank Intelligent Finance. Is it just me or is thier login procedure a complete nightmare?
I have lots of online accounts with various financial institutions all of which require security information but I only have problems with Intelligent Finance.
Does anyone else experience login difficulties with this bank. If so please let me know.

    Never had a problem and have been with them for over 7 years.

    The only annoying thing is the speed with which you get timed out for inactivity which I think is a little too rapid. Small price to pay though!!

    Agreed - been with them over 9 years and no problems logging in though like Halifax (same group) security is a little lax as susceptible to data loggers as you have to key in all username and password details - does also time out a little quick for my liking ...

    Also with IF and used on-line banking for the previous 3 years, no problems at all.
    ORIGINAL MORTGAGE AMOUNT £106,454.00 (Started Sept 2007)
    NOV 2021 O/S AMOUNT £1,694.41 OUR DEBT REDUCED BY £104,759.59 by std regular, over-payments & off-setting.
    BofE +0.19% Tracker Repayment Offset Mortgage Discounted Sept 07-10 then increased to BofE +0.62% until 2027
  • Their security is absolutley maddening. You get asked rediculas questions like, 'What was the amount of the last DD ?' This isnt possible to answer, 'As I'm locked out of my account'

    The last time that i got locked out, it was suggested that i sign up for the SMS service so that they could txt me a new PIN. Did it help this time ? Not a jot.

    It's time to go back to First Direct.
