Updating Credit reports?

I've gone past being in debt and hurdled all the way to bankruptcy! However, I'm now in the clear and have been debt free for a year (sorry i wasn't sure which forum to put this in)
I really want to update my credit reports (which are still flashing 'INSOLVENT' in big red letters). I have tried to contact them by phone but each and every call leads through to an order line to get your credit report. ideally i'd like to fax em a copy (quicker) but if not then how do I do it - how long does it take - how can i be sure that they'll update it.
Yours frustratedly

im not much help today, there will be better answears along shortly, but basically, you cannot update your own credit file unless there has been a mistake, and as far as i know,it will keep reading insolvent untill six years after the bankruptcy, even if you have been discharged after a year.0

But will they be able to show that the date of insolvency was between those times and that this is now after that time do you think? I'm absolutely clueless when it comes to these credit agencies!0
