my ex husband was paying £23 a week for 3 children, this was reassessed, to 52.50 a week, which i was happy with as i could spend more on our children, however he made 2 monthly payments and then stopped paying because he needed money to go on holiday(if he had spoken to csa about this i am sure we could have come to some arrangement), because he was already in arrears that put a deduction of earnings order in, his employer paid late for 2 months and then nothing,

no he is still in work, his employers accountant who the csa are dealing with has even said today how much he is due to pay this month but said the employer has not sent the money to him, it was due the 19 th febuary, and i have just found out why his payments had stopped , it was because he didnt earn enough that month, he has protected earnings which is fair0

Gosh, thanks for that, I don't have a DEO, I just thought they take their money no matter what, if there is anything left the nrp can keep the rest

Yes i have a protected income rate on my DEO .I was off long term due to an operation and thought about it as my 1/2 pay would have kicked in and they would have only got £2 per month
