Hi yes I am paid every 4 weeks, is this where I'm going wrong?
I can try and find a few payslips in a row for you to examine.
Thanks, Lozzy0 -

You will get different figures for four weekly pay compared to monthly as there are 13 four weekly payments in a year ( and very occasionally fourteen) and only 12 payments in a year for monthly pay.
There are two ways of working out NI, by using the NI tables or by working them out. They will come to about the same answer but can vary by a few pence. It looks like your NI is worked on the tables but to work it out to within a few pence.... Take your gross and divide by four subtract the earnings threshold (110.00 at the moment) and work out 11% of what is left. The figure you then have multiply by four and that is you NI figure.
The tax figure you quote suggests that there has been some change to your tax code or basis. On the gross you quote I would have expected a tax figure of about £95 if no adjustment was being made.0
