Does anyone know of any lenders doing 100% mortgages now?

That link has no 100% mortgages, as there are no 100% mortgages. I don't even think there are any 95% ones, and the 90% ones have high rates.0 -

Quite a sweeping statement. I changed from Standard Life to Ulster Bank recently and got SVR +0.58% for 90% LTV. SO as a new customer with 90% my rate os 4.58%. Not a high rate. And now I have my foot in the door and am an exisiting customer I can change to a 2 year fixed at 4.29% for 90% LTV0
