Morning Diary,
Had such a busy couple of days but back to posting again now. Waiting in today for S@msung re the washer. Ive been managing to get by with smaller loads.
So today will be NSD7. No real plans except to take DD2 to her swimming lesson and then the gym later on. Ive also cleaned the oven this morning so its gleaming now! Wow what an exciting life I am leading today :rotfl:
Weather awful here
Hope all ok xxMummytogirls x0 -
Exciting day here too! Visit to the dentist. Two loads of washing, ironing, dishwasher filled and emptied, big tidy up.
Horrible weather, wet and windy.
Got our little suitcase out ready for our little trip to London.
Need to nip to Asda to look for school shirts for DS - missed the boat in the summer but he could do with a couple of new ones now.
Enjoy the rest of your week.0 -
Hi Louby,
I kind of like October and February half terms for catching up with boring jobs and general pottering. Hope you have a lovely week too.
So tackled the cupboard under the stairs... kids shoes all over the place. It was actually filthy in there so pulled everything out and cleaned it all. Threw a few old shoes and coats too.
Still waiting for S@msung and actually just called to make sure they were still coming as the engineer was supposed to ring first thing to let me know what time he would be here. Apparently will be here within the hour.
Hoping it doesnt take long as we need to set off to DD's swimming lesson at 3.30! Plus need to pop to post office and post something for work. Has a freepost label so will still be NSD7.
2 days until payday :j xxMummytogirls x0 -

Evening Diary,
S@msung came out yesterday and couldn't find any problem with it!!! Said it must have been an uneven load... will keep an eye on it.
Today has been pretty spendy:
£10 on lunch
£70 in sp0rts direct on hiking boots and other related items for DD for camp this weekend
£55 in $chuh on DD's birthday present
£8 in lu$h on favourite shower gel (I make it last nearly a year :rotfl:)
£5 in costa
£7 in Primarni on thick PJ's for DD's camp
Had a really lovely day other than the above, caught up with my ironing and had a quick whip round with the duster and hoover.
No gym today, having a rest day!!!
Tomorrow it is payday :T:beer: we are taking the girls to a big swimming pool around an hour from here as a half term treat but also as a well done as they've both done so well at school so far. This was paid for last week with Qu!dco money :money:.
Will need to go food shopping tomorrow too so another spendy day... need to get back to work to stop the spending
HHOD they did, didn't find anything
Hi DFOD, hope all good with you.
Thats about all from me. Hope all ok xxMummytogirls x0 -
A very spendy day, but school activities and tbe rate at which kids grow does get through the cash at an alarming rate
It makes me glad mine have stopped growing. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Evening Diary,
Just catching up after yet another busy day! Swimming place was a hit this morning, well worth the money for the kids and even DH and I enjoyed it! Think Center Parcs on a smaller scale! We then ended up at p!zza hut for lunch.. everything is always so much more expensive with DH in tow!
Much needed chill day tomorrow and NSD8 (hopefully!).
So Mr T's brought my essentials I can't get in Mr Al's... £59. Then another £57 in Mr Al's so £116 spent which isn't too bad considering i'd blown £200 on pay day last month on the shopping. Fingers crossed for it being more under control this month.
Also £58 on petrol, £2 under budget and filled up after our big drive too so should last me the month.
HHOD, tell me about it.. I will be glad when they leave home :rotfl:
DFOD, I've just been scratching my head at what you're talking about... finally got it! Yes I am... love their products so much especially the bubble bars.
Thats about all, can't believe half term is nearly over  xxMummytogirls x0 -
Morning Diary,
Nice chilling out around the house day today. DH is off but has nipped into work ! DD2 was coughing quite a bit in the night and has a sore throat and is totally milking it today but then obviously forgetting and behaving normally until we pull her up on it :rotfl:.
Our bedding is in for washing at the moment and we will be cleaning the house later. I only did it Wednesday so its stayed tidy.
Just done the meter readings and currently £86.29 in credit and a £105 payment will go in making it £191.29! We still haven't turned on the heating yet as its not been cold enough. I am sure the heating will be on within the next few weeks though as the temperature is set to drop. Will do fortnightly meter readings once its on to keep on eye on usage.
Hopefully NSD8 today, will confirm this later.
Happy Friday all xxMummytogirls x0
