Afternoon Diary,
Having a lovely Saturday so far. Took DD to football training this morning and then picked up a little shop from Mr A's (£30) this included things for camping so not too bad. Then we went out for a walk for over an hour in our local area. Kids still playing out and just been getting all our camping things out ready for tomorrow.
Its been a lovely day here so had 2 loads of washing out. Just remembered our picnic blanket needed washing so thats just been done and on the line drying.
PMO2 and Emmie, I'm same with the clothes. Kids have lots of new holiday things and DH and I are recycling last years! I suppose they would be too if they didn't grow out of things so quick.
PLMBL, yes they do. They finish later into the summer so I get 2 days without them then :T
So were off camping from tomorrow and the weather is looking !!!!! I think weve only had 1 camping trip where the weather has been nice throughout!
Thats all from me, hope all ok xMummytogirls x0 -

We only had a week at easter so I think that's why we're having 2 weeks now.
However my friends in Scotland and her DS finishes for their summer holidays in just over 2 weeks!
My two have only had one week and are back on Monday. They did have 2 weeks at Easter though, so that evens out as you say. They are back now until they break up on 21st July (although my boys are lucky to have a an extra week off for Florida). Xx

Afternoon Diary,
Were back! Infact we came back a day early as the weather was just too miserable and so windy that part of our tent blew off . We knew it wasn't going to brighten up so just came home. There wasn't much open with it being the beginning of the week and most schools being back at school. So glad we came home early, had a nice bath and stayed in bed all afternoon, even nodded off for over an hour! Sunday was lovely though and I slept really well Sunday night.
So I've had 1 NSD so far this month!! Fingers crossed for a couple more when I'm back at work.
Just having a little battle with v£ry over something I ordered which was supposed to be half price and they've charged me full. I think I've had the half refunded now but backing up with a letter as I'm so furious with their systems.
Today we went out for a couple of hours and had lunch in a cafe (£30 ) also spent £7 on some sweets from the old fashioned sweet shop. Weather still miserable but nice to get out a bit, didn't expect to be spending that much though!
So absolutely stuffed from lunch so reckon it will be a light tea. Need to take DD2 to her swimming lesson in a hour.
Back to work tomorrow.... booooooo!! Then its DH's turn to take control of the girls until the end of the week
Hope all ok anyway xxMummytogirls x0 -
Oh forgot to say DH had an email from the finance guy at work (DH is off this week but checking his emails ) the extra pay is right as they taxed him too much in April's wage :j this was the adjustment making it right. June's wage will be back to normal.
This £200 will be used to fix DH's bumper as he drove into someone last year but they didn't have a mark in their car so never claimed. His is a lease car and will be returned when he gets his company car so is a must that its fixed. Booked in for next week and £250. In one hand and back out with the other, typical isn't it! xxMummytogirls x0 -
That is so cheeky of Very! Definitely send a letter, they should do something more to compensate you - I wonder how many people they've charged full price and not corrected?!
It was really wet and miserable here in London yesterday and this morning, I'm dying for some sunshine!0
