Afternoon Diary,

Made the most of the last few days as today we have rain :mad:

We went to the pub for a drink and so that the kids could play in the park there straight after work yesterday, that was nice (£12). Then after my hair appointment (£60) we had a mini bbq.

This morning MIL has taken the girls to visit her horse so DH have been out for a coffee and some lunch (£18). Just been caught up in the rain storm buying some plants at the farmshop (£8). Luckily I had brought my washing in before we went! Now its cracking the flags again and the kids on the street are having a water fight! So a couple of spendyish days.

Tomorrow were planning to go off to the seaside for the day which will be nice.

SA I am totally annoyed with this!! Cracking the flags all week and then this!! Its so windy here right now I feel like the fence might come down :eek:

Thunderstorms as well with us, annoying as its been beautiful all week and as soon as the kids break up from school it starts raining.

Afternoon Diary,

Back to the miserable weather today, rain all day

We did have a great day yesterday at the beach though. It was lovely weather and we just enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! A bit of a shock seeing armed police though.

Anyway we were supposed to be going to a BBQ at some friends today but with the weather it has been called off. So we called in at Mr T's and picked up a chicken instead so a roast dinner for us
Weve also picked up some new bedding from Dunelm in preparation for our new bed tomorrow :j

Hope all ok. I need a few days in to stop the spending as we have spent far too much over the last few days... weve had a great time though :beer: xx

Rain all day here too Very disappointing to say this time last week was red hot.

Glad you got good weather for the seaside yesterday though
