I kept thinking it was Thursday yesterday too. Wait until we lose an hour this weekend - that always throws me out for ages.
Well done on the weight loss, you're doing really well. I only need to lose 10lb and it's taking forever.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
I forgot about the lost hour this weekend, but to be honest, it's good given that we are in a hotel, can get out earlier!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Morning Diary,
A lovely sunny (washing drying) day here today.
So its Good Friday today and it feels good!! I woke up at 7.20 (DH woke up at 5.30!) so I've been busy since, got my 2nd load of washing in, cleaned the kitchen, hoovered and mopped downstairs and now waiting for DH to get up as he's back in bed!! Think were off out soon but need the washing to finish first so I can peg out.
Thanks DF0D and SA for popping in, totally forgot about the clocks this weekend!
DF0D hope you enjoy your time away.
SA 10lbs has been hard to lose, its the most time I've ever been focussed for!! I think il aim for a stone now and then see how I go. I feel so much better for it in my clothes and everything.
So yesterday we went swimming as we do on a Thursday, DD2 is doing so well, I'm glad now that we agreed to let her finish the lessons. We also went out for a curry for tea which was nice and then came home straight to bed... so rock and roll round here you know.
Food today:
Breakfast - 2 crumpet thins with phili
Lunch - Not sure yet as don't know where we will be!
Tea - kievs, jacket potato and veg
Thats about all from me, hope all ok xMummytogirls x0 -
Morning mummy.
Well done on the 10lbs, that's a fantastic amount.
Suns also out here and I've pegged out, going to do as much washing as possible today and try and get it dry on the line as the weather is awful here for the rest of the weekend.
Hope you have a nice day out.

Afternoon Diary,
Another busy one here!! DD1 has gone on a trip with the Cubs so we just have DD2 at home. We were all up before 7 as DD was being collected at 8am. Ive done all my ironing from yesterday, taken delivery of my shopping (£65), been to the gym whilst DH cleaned the house. Weve just been to a little Italian cafe down in the village for a pizza and a coffee.. it was soooo nice and only £26. Then to the coop for some bread and sweets for DD.. £1.75 spent there.
Were back home now for the weather to turn bad shortly!
Yesterday I had a subway salad for lunch whilst them lot had a burger king. Im not a massive fan of BK and I've fancied a subway salad for a while so it was a win win situation!
Food today:
Breakfast - weetabix
Snack - strawberries with skyr yoghurt and chia seeds
Lunch - 3 pieces of pizza
Tea - cajun chicken pittas with salad
Thats about all from me. Happy Saturday all xxMummytogirls x0 -
Happy Easter All!!!
Kids were up early here, was 7am but really 6am! DH has already managed to annoy me, I really do not know whats got into him recently but I'm not putting up with it!
Not much planned today, my dad and his GF are coming over for bacon sandwiches today but thats the only plan.
Food:
Breakfast - 2 slices of toast
Lunch - bacon and mushroom sandwich
Tea - roast chicken and all the trimmings
Snacks - probably have some of my chocolate! (still have loads left from Christmas!)
Hope all ok xMummytogirls x0 -
Just going back over my diary as I do from time to time. Cant believe this was 6 years ago, I remember the banana incident like it was yesterday!!mummytogirls wrote: »Morning diary! Well its a good job ive got my wits about me! Nipped into Sainsburys local yesterday for some bread and 2 bananas. I thought that seems a bit expensive when it came to paying so asked for my receipt. I think the checkout guy knew what he had done cos he sort of screwed up my receipt and chucked it in the bag whilst giving me evil looks! Well he had only charged me for 5 bananas not 2 the cheeky swine. So got my refund there.
Weve got loads of birthdays coming up so im going to have a walk into town to card factory for some cards. Im a sucker for paying supermarkets prices for cards and im not doing it anymore! A bit of forward planning and it saves you money!
BTD, does your 6 year old constantly ask for food? I have a 3 year old and shes always asking but now im thinking shes got into the habit as shes asking for lunch straight after breakfast! xMummytogirls x0 -
Afternoon Diary,
Nothing too exciting to report other than weve just been out for a walk, its pretty chilly and windy out there! Also I've had 2 NSD in a row which is pretty good going for me!
Food:
Brunch - vege breakfast - egg, tomatoes, beans, hash brown and toast
Snack - chopped banana mixed with 1/2 skyr yoghurt and an alpen bar
Tea - HM cheese and onion quiche, mini waffles and beans
Thats about all from me! Pretty boring today xMummytogirls x0
