This sale is a BIG CON, I have been on there all day and not got a thing despite every item being sent to my basket and then lost.
I have hit the item with 1-2 seconds.
The only thing I have been conned into buying is the £3 reward card. Anyone know how I can cancel this order please?0 -
Dear GAME employees (monitoring this site via HTTP Referrer)..
What is the point of this sale?. Your bargains are snapped up so quickly (in seconds) because stock allocated is so low, that you end up with many more disappointed customers than "happy" ones?
I'm not interested in this sale, however, the general theme of this thread and across many other forums Im sure is one of disappointment.
Positive advertising for Game?. I dont think so.. More like a waste of everyone's time.0 -
It's not a con, just a good marketing strategy.
If you disagree with how they sell their goods don't go on their site..
SIMPLE REALLY!I would have used my own initiative if someone would have told me to!0 -

SIMPLE REALLY!
It's proven research that when somebody has a bad experience from a supplier, they will often tell several more people about it.
So looking at these comments?. Is this a positive marketing strategy?. Absolutely not.
They really are shooting themselves in the foot with this one.0 -
To be fair we're all here for a bargain, if you can't take not 'winning' don't play the game..I would have used my own initiative if someone would have told me to!0

Impulse...... not much time to decide really
I'll sell it on ebay and probably make a *small* profit after fees... or
If anyone wants it for 18 squid they can have it, that would cover 1.50 for delivery. PM me. (Mods: remove if against rules!)0 -

If it is anything like the Xbox 360 sale then it will be very frustrating as you have to go straight though to checkout as soon as the item appears and then sometimes it disappears as someone has beaten you to complete checkout. I only wanted a pad and a wireless charging kit and got neither
I will look at this sale but probably wont bother trying for anything as it seems no-one is having any luck0
