Hi, Im after some advice please. We have had our mortgage for two years as we bought our house just before the house market dropped. We are currently on a fixed % of 6%, and with house prices at moment we either in negative equity or at the best the outstanding mortgage equals the value of the house. Could we remortgage? and if so does anyone know who with as most companies will only remortgage up to 85%.
Any help would be greatly received
Thanks

You will have to stay with your current lender - contact them to discuss options.0

When does your fixed term end and who are you with?
Chances are that if you are coming to the end of a fixed rate deal at 6% your best bet (if in negative equity) would be to stay on SVR as it is probably less than you are paying now.0
