The FTB at the bottom of our chain is getting a mortagge form the Northern Rock.It seems to be taking ages to get the mortgage offer,anybody had dealings with them and how long has it taken for you to get the offer through?

Hi, average time to offer across the country currently is 9 days. This obviously is very dependent on the quality of the case, how well it was packaged, how quick the outstanding docs are being returned etc etc Might suggest that the applicant is delaying submitting the required docs or having difficulty obtaining them, eghaving to order bank statements....Number 86 - Stole a car from a one legged woman... I'm just trying to be a better person0
