Hey everyone, lots of positive vibes around here today! :T

Bitterly cold today, but the sun is shining an I wish I was out having a nice walk instead of stuck in work with nothing happening lol. Hey ho, can't have it all ways!

I've not been able to get in touch with Munchki, so hoping that she's just busy, busy - no idea if she finally got her car fixed, last I heard on Tuesday that it was going to be done Wednesday morning.....

Sulkies - love it!! (Makes me think of Selkies lol, but that's just my mind and how it works!)

I have a brief half hour window right now, nobody else around at work, so off to hook!

Selkies are 'mythological' seals who shed their skins to become human - usually women - but who can transform back into seals by wearing the skin again. Scottish/Irish mythology. Lol, I'm a mine of useless information on stuff like that :rotfl:

    Dilli,

Those invites are great, haven't downloaded the game though as I'll not get any work done if I do.

My meeting only lasted just over an hour. Not much to tell really, it concentrated on the power of a brand, bringing individual personality into a corporate brand and knowing limits (which hat to wear when etc)
It then looked at knowing the target audience, being self aware and setting out to build relationships.
It used a few NLP techniques in getting customers to buy into and beleive your vision, influencing thier decisions and controlling the agenda)
A lot of it was based on direct face to face customer relationships but could be quite useful in web ventures.
I've asked for a copy of the presentation as there were a lot of people in the group and I didn't get enough time to read through it all so should get a bit more info then. But overall, just covered areas that are in a lot of ebooks and business guides.

Cagne that presentation sounds good, I promised myself over and over that I will probably study NLP at some stage and I saw a Richard Bandler book reduced price in waterstone's. I did a bit of reading on NLP based copy writing a while back and it was quite interesting.

Saucy, don't worry about it, might just be the timing, but have a feeling that it is the same person that PMd sheloveshimsomuch last night.
