guess I've missed everybody tonight - got distracted buying chocolate, nearly treading on a frog :eek: and looking at blog skins.

my goals/to do List (you can add this to the targets/commitments board)
get my blog up to date (finish the draft posts and add photos)
copy more old posts over to my music blog and add my chart song/r1 playlist opinions
*get that record in the post :mad:
*review the pile of cds that've been sat on top of my printer for months so I can actually sell some of them
*Start writing/working on layouts for the next issue of my fanzine again
*make a better basic page/pages for the zine & update myspace page so people can actually buy it (I have free webspace and think I've worked out wht cms I'm going to use, just haven't started learning how to use it yet)

(themed around favourite bands and other things, was thinking of doing one based arround twilight/vampires - would have photos and details/links of merchandise w/ affiliate links on amazon etc. plus interesting items on ebay/etsy/folksy/& similar + websites and articles etc.)

There's a site that pays you for adding video clips (news & entertainment) on your site or blog, that I found I had an old account for that's still valid, and they've got some relivent content, so I'm going to use them I think. http://www.thenewsroom.com/

oh and re merkins, I had a [STRIKE]terrible[/STRIKE] idea:
you could 1) knit novelty coloured merkins,
2) list them on etsy,
3)end up on regretsy,
4) get famous,
5) ????*,
6) profit.

I think I remember reading somewhere ages ago that you can put lots of keywords in your page title but hide the title.... is that possible and is it okay as it does seem a little naughty to me.....

sounds like a form of keyword stuffing & could get your site banned from search engines (or at least it used to).
