Good to see you around honeybun! I didn't get around to posting last night, but yes, you were missed!Amber_Sunshine wrote: »Dribblers, your leader needs you. I'm not feeling 100% at the moment, although nowhere near as bad as some of you though, and I'm finding it hard to get on with the challenge. Saw my consultant yesterday - I had surgery for colitis some years ago and it seems that the site may be inflamed. They're going to take a look at it to decide what the best meds will be, so hopefully I should be feeling better soon.
Amber, huge gentle hugs honey, sorry to hear you're suffering and I hope that the consultant gets you sorted out pronto, we need you here with your whip cracking!dillidalli wrote: »I am getting happier and happier with the blog and site - I had 200 visitors yesterday and it seems to be an average of about 187 visitors a day.
Dilli, I'm not sure I said it before, but your blog is BRILLIANT! Soooo professional, it's a delight visiting and you deserve it to be a success :T
I did try to quote more dribblers, but it didn't work!!
YummyMummy, love your jewellry and phone charms, well done!
Nixi, I ADORE your collage, omg really, it's divine! :T
Jo, hugs for you honey, I hope you start to feel better really quick, and best of luck for tomorrow, they'd be honoured to have you on their staff, they just don't know it yet! :j
Well done Nikki! :T
Hales, so sorry to hear about mum's job, it can be a bit like grieving a death I'm told, so make sure mum takes plenty time for herself with a bit of pampering.
Munchki - about time madam
I spent last night parcelling up the eBay sales and popped up to the post office tonight to get them on their way. Whew, lol. Have relisted the ones that didn't sell, individually again, but if they don't go this time I might just list them as bundles (baby clothes). Nearly boobed big time though, I relisted about 5 at work yesterday, then relisted with TL last night - then realised that TL didn't know I'd already done some and duplicated the listings!! Ooops!! Lesson learned!
I've had no time for hooky the last couple of nights, so will maybe get on with some more tonight.
Evenstarcrafty, thanks for the pm, I found the item you were talking about, so that's another thing for me to do!

Amber,
are there forums or yahoo groups that are relevant to your websites and services?
May be worth joining a few and contributing.usually you can put websites in your signature but need to check it out for each group.
I think I already suggested offering your tarot readings on ebay or maybe even an e-voucher for a reading? though not sure how that would work practically - I'm fairly certain it could be done.
Really hope you start feeling better soon.

ta... somehow... and I'm really not sure how I did it, but I have managed to make a bloody fantastic (modest, moi??!) header for the website.... still don't know how I managed it, but I did!!!
Can I ask you lot about my site.... I was thinking to simplify the site to have the following tabs....
Home
Online Store or browse products
About
Contact
T&C.... to include, dispatch, P&P fees, returns policy, privacy policy, payment methods and site disclaimer
sub option FAQ..... do I really need this if I have T&C???
Piercing information.... sub options location, healing, general advise
links
Studio Directory
I don't want to complicate it... is there anything else I need to think of....
Oh, and the other question I have is a blog.... I have the option to have one on the site or should I go externally with wordpress / blogger for example? Would going externally make much difference in traffic / ranking??
I think I have just aout had enough tonight so I am going to pop off to bed now....sealed pot challange #572!Garden fund - £0!!:D£0/£10k0 -
mambury - looks good that, possibly have blog on the same site - that way google picks up blog, sends traffic to your website and you can link blog to main website and increase traffic that way (the more pages on your website for google to pick up, the better)0

Amber do you do the readings online, phone or face to face?0
