5 people have signed up for newsletter/customer accounts on my site...OH spent all day yesterday updating it, and we are doing the same today. He's got a pile of 64 things to list tonight, including lots of notebooks!

    I'm happy :)

You've been a very busy bee hun - no wonder youve been so quiet!!!

  • was thinking something like 5 for £1, but then everyone loves a bargain so was going to play on the fact that people want something for nothing at the bootsales. Will be amusing watching people cram them in!

  • I was in bed all day yesterday...awake, but in bed. Feeling a little better today, so have made so much stuff...the card section looks a bit healthier at least!

My eyes feel horrible, the muscles in them hurt, my whole body hurts, and OH isn't too good either. On a buzz from people signing up, though, so playing around with discount codes on newsletters.

    I love this thread :)

I think fill a bag for £2 is a good idea...are you going to provide the bags, so nobody uses a huge tote though, or a bin bag? :rotfl:

Oh saucy you poor thing! :( Its not nice, huge hugs hun, I must admit im pretty lucky it only tends to affect my legs and shoulders and even then it can put me in bed for a day or two. I really feel for you

Good on you for getting on with ur website though hun! :D
  • aww poor saucy, hot soak in the bath me thinks! Must say, I am getting all excited at seeing them all! Would you consider custom cards? Have 2 that are a pain in the bum to buy for coming up soon. I know what they like but can never find it in the shops.

Would love to see them try and lift a binbag full of books without it splitting! Load of old carrier bags should do the job.

be good to see how that goes mummy there is a local auction house here that sells boxes of books for almost nothing so you could let us know once i move house i am planning to go regularly .
contacted a guy about my lloyd loom chair he says its a reproduction however i think he wasnt happy as he was looking for ones to repair so going to take it to auction room for valuation main problem is 7 yr old loves it and doesnt want to sell
So finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x
  • lol, I am the guinea pig! Its time consuming getting organised to say the least! Trouble with the antique market is that its full of reproductions, and the trouble with kids is that they always want what they are not supposed to!

  • I will do custom cards and notebooks, I'm trying to find the best way to say that on the site now...any ideas appreciated! I'd be happy to make some for you, though.

I'd love a hot bath, but only have a shower here, and I'm not sure I could stand up for long enough :( I miss baths...

Mummy and Paige, I'm off to check out your books. I'm sure I'll end up spending a fortune!
