Aww Jo I hope that helps for DD - i know what you mean about struggling with the non-holistic 'conventional' medicine, i tend to steer clear of it too, but sometimes 'needs must' i guess. I remember someone i know used to give her children large doses of calpol so she could have an evening of chilling with wine! Wouldn't feel at all right to me, but then i've not been there. Hope she settles soon xJust £10,852.28p to go...
Trust that little voice in your head that says "Wouldn't it be interesting if...";

erm... i'm on a get fit regime tooi've booked a hols that i'm trying to slim down/tone up for - plus i'm supposed to be doing a 26 mile midnight walk in May
My philosophy is that a little won't do any harm - it's all about balance! I work hard in the week and eat well, keep fit etc and then on the weekend i do whatever i please
(as long as it's legally and morally acceptable of course!)

Wow good on you - that's very self-disciplined :T Well done for stopping smoking!
I had a very nasty car accident and broke my back and hips and that's when i started to gain some weight as i couldn't walk or exercise properly. That's why i'm sticking to the balance philosophy as life's potentially too short to deprive myself of everything i enjoyJust £10,852.28p to go...
