Aww Jo I hope that helps for DD - i know what you mean about struggling with the non-holistic 'conventional' medicine, i tend to steer clear of it too, but sometimes 'needs must' i guess. I remember someone i know used to give her children large doses of calpol so she could have an evening of chilling with wine! Wouldn't feel at all right to me, but then i've not been there. Hope she settles soon x
    Just £10,852.28p to go...

    :D

Not for me Im on a diet:(

erm... i'm on a get fit regime too :o i've booked a hols that i'm trying to slim down/tone up for - plus i'm supposed to be doing a 26 mile midnight walk in May :D My philosophy is that a little won't do any harm - it's all about balance! I work hard in the week and eat well, keep fit etc and then on the weekend i do whatever i please :D (as long as it's legally and morally acceptable of course!)

Does anyone make earring holders? I bought loads of pairs of earrings yesterday and have nowhere to keep them safe. :)

Meds scare me after my 1year old manages to get at a bottle of calpol and get into the childproof cap and drink some
Spent all day getting tests to see how much she,d had , worried out my mind
Turned out she had only had what Id gave her and spilt the rest down herself
That was 20years ago and still gives me a shudder
afew people I knew gave their kids phenegan to make them sleep its a antihistermine
Doc got wise when lots of kids were having allergys

Wow good on you - that's very self-disciplined :T Well done for stopping smoking!
I had a very nasty car accident and broke my back and hips and that's when i started to gain some weight as i couldn't walk or exercise properly. That's why i'm sticking to the balance philosophy as life's potentially too short to deprive myself of everything i enjoy :)
