Hey i'm back, went to post some more ebay stuff while I felt well enough and the hour out actually made me feel better, DP wants to take me out tonight for a couple of hours so Ive told him I will go but that I am not staying out late as I will need my sleep.

MummyandP that is an incredible offer, I keep looking at stuff like that and thinking I could do that I have the time and the money atm but I have nowhere literally for the stuff to go, it isnt my own place so not like I could stack the boxes up high everywhere as all my stuff has to stay in my room. Roll on having my own place!! :D

  • I want to buy some just for myself. I own five t shirts, and jeans that got covered in red hair dye when OHs sister wore them at the weekend (she's three sizes bigger then me, god knows how she got into them. Or why she wore my clothes?) and one pair of trainers. That's it...I need new clothes!

Glad you are feeling Okay, baby. I'm frozen :(
    Signature down for maintenance :rotfl:

2cats - no you can't fire her just like that, don't stress too much, would it help if you cut back her hours and gave them to someone else? Take some of the load off you and shut her up?

Nah, I've looked at it every which way up and there isn't anyone who could take on the hours because of other jobs or childcare commitments or whatever. Will just have to weather it till Sept when people are shuffling hours between them again.

Anyway, we have now officially exceeded 07-08 turnover in 09-10. We are way short of 08-09, and of course costs are up since 07-08, but given the recession that is about as good as I could have hoped of 09-10. I have a little more money to come in before the new financial year starts too. Need to work out a realistic target for 10-11. I have spent a fair whack on advertising recently and it's starting to pay off, so I'd expect turnover to start to rise again, question is by how much.

What have you got, babymoo? If it's gold or silver then minimum value is the scrap value of the metal.
