Yay MM, and I would look like two pigs fighting in a duvet in a corset lol!
Jo, that's actually something I might dothank you, I've got all three kids crafting (the baby's drawing, she keeps telling me all about it in baby language) and it's really calming. Storm's passing I think
coming off computer now but hope you all have a nice evening, speak soon xx
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.0 -
Mmm, talking of chocolate - we are off to a chocolate tasting evening in Sheffield tonight. With wine! Can't think of anything better.
Paulabear, Gemma loved the Sulkie. I've never seen her smile so much as she did when she saw it! I wanted to take her pic to show you all, but she is too shy. So I took a couple of pics of the Gemma Sulkie in place in our (very untidy) office.

Now up to 55 friends on the fan page. Trying to resist posting more than one article per day as I don't want to run out of steam after a week! I'm trying to do a short factual piece each day to keep it fresh.
Love that sulkie on the screen - that will be really eyecatching there. How about ones for the rear window of cars - I hate tailgaters LOL.0 -
Paula do you reckon you could put mine on a spring so that it wobbles about on the dashboard?0

This is the one I saw Paula, bit to children focussed for what you are doing but maybe something along similar lines.

That blog is utterly brilliant!!
Evening everyone, hugs for all of you feeling poorly / under the weather / fed up! Let's hope it'll pass very soon for all concerned.
Kid free night for me, but I made a list of things I need to get done that I've been putting off! I've got to put in new passport applications for the kids too, not that I'm taking them anywhere, they're going off on hols with their Dad, but he's useless when it comes to this sort of thing (well, most things actually hahaha) and I so hate stupid forms like these!
Feeling very tired just now, I think it might be because I've been working Saturdays recently, and my routine is a bit all over the place. But I'm still hooking away and hope to have a few bits finished soon, then I'll have to take a deep breath and see if they'll sell.....

2cats - in case you missed my earlier post the necklace is gorgeous and both my kids love it. DS who is a magpie when it comes to shiny things has been sat here hugging and examining it and coming up with his theories on how to make them.
He doesn't know how to cut the cds so reckons we are going to experiment with dropping a cd on to the ground, putting one on the ground and dropping something on it and attacking one with a pizza wheel! He thinks the effect reminds of seeing oil in puddles so wonders if cooking oil and food colouring would work and maybe sealed with pva glue or to stay with the cooking theme water and flour glue! he then went on to think how he could make his flour glue neon coloured and how he will make one for you and send it to you.
And he asked me if I'd ask you if you would mind sharing with him the secret of how you did it and what you really used if he promised not to set up a shop selling them but just made one for his best friend Lucy.
So there you are you have filled a 6 year olds head with wonder and ideas tonight. thank you.
