Thanks everyone. Dh on his way with instructions for chocolate.He offered to get deep heat but I said chocolate would be better!!! deep heat brings me out in a rash and really hurts.
Think a well directed hot showerhead will help and then a rest upstairs with DH's lappy and a chat to all you dribblers will be in order. Don't know if it will happen though. Hope so.
