car excemption confusion

Hi im 3 months into my bankruptsy and still havnt received a car excemption letter. My car was still under hp when i was declared bankrupt but with only 2 payments left on it.The OR advised me to not include it in my bankruptsy because obviously i would not be able to make the last payments. He also accepted my reasons for needing the car.Should i have received a excemption letter or would i not get one because it was still legally owned by the finance company.I have emailed the or twice to enquire but get no reply.Does anybody have any idea please if i should of recieved one ?????

    Hi,

My car was & still is on HP. IT was accepted as part of my essential living expences, but I never received any exemption letter regarding my car or any other bits that I spoke to my OR about.

The only correspondence I received was my discharge letter in Jan. So you may not hear from them. If they are really busy it may just be one more letter they can do without writing / typing?
