Will They Extend my CCJ

I have a CCJ that will be 6 years old in April. I have paid back £15 a month every month for 6 years and have about £250 left to pay. I don't think I can raise that by the end of this month, so my question is will i get another CCJ for the rest, that would then be on file for another 6 years, or will they let me carry on paying as I am now?
The CCJ was taken out by Eversheds.

Hi Dan
You won't get another CCJ, just carry on paying back at the rate you are and you'll find it will drop off your credit file.
The only reason eversheds would take further action would be if you suddenly stop paying.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Thanks, as it turns out they did me a deal when I rang them and I have paid it off for £86, glad to get it out the way!
Just as a matter of interest with the CCJ off my credit file, does that mean that if I wanted credit again i would be able too (I dont btw) or will the 3 defaults I still have on file cause problems, the defaults all have a balance of 0.0 -
defaults will affect you until they fall off, satisified (£0) defaults have less affect after about 3 years.

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0
