Can people confirm that these codes knock off the price of your delivery as well as the actual product you purchase?

    Yep

The price you will pay is the price that is shown before you confirm your order and the price shown on your confirmation email. Anything around £1.50 should be very cheap as delivery is £3.50!

Well boots can't charge me for delivery for each order plus the product value, becasue they clearly state the total which will be charged to my debit card upon conformation, they can't then add on a delivery charge without you knowing.

The confirmation amount is exactly what you pay and that INCLUDES the £3.50 delivery charge, however for some reason the invoice always states delivery as £0.00.

Quick query, as I'm new to buying from Boots online. One of my orders was shipped yesterday using business express. When I used the online tracking facility and put in the parcel id number it told me that it couldn't find the number in its database. Is this usual?

    Thanks

Yep. Business Express are only marginally more competent than Boots ;)

They make a good couple :D
  • I placed an order after 11am yesterday and it was delivered at 8.30 this morning by Royal Mail... very impressed! :D

Had a feeling. I thought it was strange that my Royal Mail parcel turned up the day after it was shipped, but one sent by courier has 'disappeared'. I suppose I'll just have to wait a few days longer.

  • I ordered some of Boots own Hot Lemons (£0.99 reduced from £1.99) and Cold & Flu Relief tablets (£0.99 reduced from £1.89) which came to £1.98, or £0.48 after voucher. For some reason I was given 28 points... not that I'm complaining!

Also, I've noticed that the number of usable codes is diminishing... the first account I opened two weeks ago I managed to get 4 minimum spend orders with £5 vouchers, 3 with my second but I've only been allowed to use 2 through the latest one. We need new codes!! ;)
