Maybe you should learn to quote, can't be too hard seeing as you're always right.

They didn't start falling dramatically until less than 18 months ago, people weren't sure where they were going medium term at that point.

I didn't ask a question, I stated a fact ...which you challenged....even when evidence was posted...so i think it is you who needs to refrain from commenting on what you dont know about............:)
