As a holder of 500 x 25p ordinary shares I haven't heard a 'dickie-bird' from BBBS / Santander since it was supposedly nationalised - all I can seem to find out is that a valuation is taking place....why weren't the shares transferred to Santander? (who seem to be making bundles of money) If the government has them why haven't they paid for them?
Does anyone know what's going on ...surely they can't just dissappear!!!

B&B was bust, its liabilities were transferred to Santander, something that the Government actually had to pay it to do. Your shares are worth nothing.0

That is another example of 'day-light' robbery...how do they get away with it!!!0

The Government has the assets, they are worth less than what the Government had to give to Santander to take the liabilities. Maybe you should go beg the Government for the cash?
You are trolling right?0 -
The debt liability was transferred to the FSCS. No the Govt.B&B was bust, its liabilities were transferred to Santander, something that the Government actually had to pay it to do.
No its not. The company you invested in went bust. Thats how it goes sometimes. Your other shares held are still around (assuming you didnt just hold one single company as that is just silly if you did)That is another example of 'day-light' robbery...how do they get away with it!!!I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
