Cheap Urban Decay, Hard Candy etc at Ethel Austin

I think it has been mentioned before but I thought it deserves its own thread as I've only just discovered it so others may not know either!

Went into my local Ethel Austin in Liverpool and it was selling Urban Decay Plether lip pencils in 'persuasion' for 75p! plus other dirt cheap Urban Decay, Hard Candy and Rimmel cosmetics and nail varnishes. Think there were some other brands too but I was in a rush so didn't pay too much attention and only bought the lip pencil!

I think this is a long term sort of thing so I'm gonna keep going and checking the new stock!

Ethel Austin (and Au Naturale, same company) have went into receivership and all stores will be closing this week. Should be lots of bargains on the go!

This week?. How do you know this?.

Never knew they were shutting this week, might be worth a pop in today though even though i'd rather eat a slug then go shopping in our town centre :cool:

Ok. well i just came back 20 mins ago from town and ethel austin had "everything must go" on the window. they had some slippers for £1, some 2.50. 3 quid , also bed covers was £20 now £15, little make up things £1, night gowns where on offer too, so was stuff like tights, some things where full price, but most is on offer

just have a pop in, its thursday now, if they are closing this week, then everything will be on sale now i guess :T

Jen_31: I meant which branch in Liverpool. There are dozens of them around the city, I wondered which one the OP had been in. As not all stores stock the same stuff.
