Advice Needed

Hi,

I am looking for some advice. I have sent off letters to my creditors including a statement of income/expenditure and made offers to each of them. I have had no replies as yet. When should I start making the payments? Is is best just to go ahead and make them or should I be waiting on replies?

Thanks

    hi
im no expert on this but i believe its best to keep making payments even if they say they are not happy as if it goes to court you can prove you have always tried to pay your debts and that looks much better for you
so i would make the payments someone else im sure will come along and confirm this or give more advice on making payments

good luck hopefully everyone will accept

    Thanks for your reply missy.

Thats what I was thinking, but just wanted to know for sure.

Also is there a set date I should be making payment? I have just said in letters the amount but not a date. Letters were sent around a week ago, should I make payment now or would I be able to wait a bit? Oh I don't know, sorry for the ramble, just so confused and worried about what to do. Trying to do the right thing but worrying myself silly.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Sorry had another thought, should I be making payments to the creditors, just before the date they would usually be due or all at the beginning of the month? Will I then have to pay on the same date each month or if it is say a credit credit so long as its before the usual payment due date?

    Thanks again.
