DCA's - WHAT NEXT??

Hi, I was just wondering if someone could advice me on how to deal with these two situations:

1/ I sent first and then second letter with postal orders to dca requesting cca'a. Both times postal orders were returned with letter teling me to request from the OC. Well,I didnt, and then I had a letter with a giro attatched requesting payment (as i had ceased payments following sending the letters ) So I then sent the letter stating that as I hadnt received cca the account was now in dispute. Ive now had a leter from them asking for me to phone the office to arrange for a visit from a representative.

2/ Requested cca's from dca ( re: egg credit card agreement) which i got sent. It was the flawed cca, the bit with approved limit the credit limit wording. So i sent letter to them saying the cca was unenforeable, but they wrote back saying it was. This was a couple of weeks ago and I havent taken any action (an neither have they....yet..)

Any ideas on how to go forward with these issues...anyone?!
