    I have the same problem, perhaps Gillette are having some problems.

    I think it doesn't load if you're not a member.

    Not the case, it's just very, very slow. (And you have to wait for several pages to load before you get your razor!) Seems to be just heavy load on the server - I ended up filling it in at midnight last night and it was a lot more bearable!
