Ring and book apt with surgeon under a special free consulation scheme- (5 mins-may involve a call back to you)
You are to book the first apt available and if the date is oK with HQ you are to attend the apt.- (15 -20 mins consultation)

Easy report to fill in and you will be paid for phone and for visit parts.

Any age, any gender once you have a genuine issue for sugery.
