I heard on a radio 4 programme that first time buyers who are working in a 'live-in' occupation e.g. forces personnel, can get permission to let their first property. The presenter said that not many mortgage providers offer this type of mortgage, but there are some that specialise.
Does anyone know of any I could contact?
