MSE TEAM PERMISSION: CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENTS

Company representatives are actively encouraged to post on the forum to provide good customer service to MoneySavers. They should not be using the opportunity to tout for business. We need to know in order to legitimise it. Where permission has been given for a company/person to specifically post there will be a note from the MSE Team. If someone has posted claiming to have been given permission but this has not been followed by a MSE team note please report it to [EMAIL="forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com"]forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com[/EMAIL].

Please help this board by getting permission first as it annoys all of us and will probably do your company more harm than good if you don't

ETA Please do not PM me, I can NOT give permission, please follow Savvy's advice here for info in getting permission

is it possible to have this added to the stickies? Just even with this thread there was someone advertising yesterday who was reported. so rather than having to bump it, can it be stuck to the top?;)

Don't see why not seeing as there aren't many stickies on this board

For companies looking to advertise their trade you can find the ruling here, a rule for customer service departments can be found here, and if you think sneaking in a link in your signature will work, you'll find the rule for that here which is similar to trying to use your company name/web address as your username. You'll also find a rule in relation to using this board to sell, swap or trade here.

In fact board users could report any companies they spot here and we'll get them zapped a bit quicker
