I'm coming to the end of my fixed rate deal in May and I'm looking to go with the ING Lifetime tracker. I'm a bit confused as to what legal work will be done by ING and whether I will need a solicitor or not?
We only bought this house just over a year ago so I know everything is in good shape from that perspective.

It is more about protecting the mortgage company than you. And the mortgage company will insist on a solicitor.0

ING offer free valuations and legals on remortgages......it is about transfer of deeds0
