    £7.65 on top up shop, with some tortilla chips and dip for Mr A (his regular treat that has not been allowed since trying to budget on the groceries, but I'm letting him have them tonight because it's been so hot and he's been stuck in a house with no loo all week and has had to wee in a bottle, so I figure he deserves it)

    so £10.35 in total.

    £3.18 on lunch from Tesco's.

    I'm going to bring a packed lunch to work tomorrow.

    Visited a friend in hospital and bought her a cold drink, plus a coffee for myself, from the hospital cafe - £2.86 - outrageous!

    i have stoped carrying cash as much as possable to stop the impulse buys.. i still carry my cards incase I realy need something
